What you need to do is to make over the original of ministry website that you already explore in the 2nd assignment. The new website should be base on universal design. Universal design or exclusive design is user centered not design center. The first important thing you need to add is RE SIZE TEXT (T+, T-) Element. Refer to web Accessibility Intensive (WAI) a standard guideline from W3C. Make sure that the new purpose website could be used by all level of society including disable and elderly people.
